It was a time of madness, it was war. american citizens who looked different were rounded up and put into concentration camps. 250,000 people lost everything and had to rebuild their lives. i was lucky to speak with a few people who were there and generations of their children. i got help from www.goforbroke.org and the japanese american national museum both in los angeles. also the toronto buddhist church who lent their support and syd who gave me his open life story from tragedy to ambassador for the Japanese Canadian Cultural centre. a true labour of love.See more at YOUTUBE
