Actually this is a really handy site. Recently i was in the SMBC bank opening a new account. Only having been in Japan for a month i had no idea about how to write my name in Japanese. You simply type your name in here and it gives you the correct characters. I cant totally vouch for how accurate it is but it looks right:)
