Description

Your team must complete a list of tasks before the competition in order to win cash and other prizes. The scavenger hunt runs from 1pm-7pm, with a nomihodai (all-you-can-drink) dinner from 7pm-9pm during which the winner is determined.
It's extremely fun, a great way to see Tokyo, and an opportunity to meet a variety of awesome, new people.

RULES:
- Teams can have a minimum of 2 people, maximum of 4 people.
- Each team must have at least one male and one female member.
- Team captain's must register the team, pay the team entry fee, and receive the task list. Captain's must meet with Chad (organizer) at Hachiko statue at 1pm.
- All teams must be at the designated after party venue by no later than 7pm if they want to qualify to win the hunt.
- Tasks consist of one of the following: A) collect or buy an item B) take a photo/video of something (so bring a camera or your mobile) C) record some information
- Each task is assigned a point value ranging from 1-5. The winning team is determined by the total points accumulated during the hunt.
- Top 3 teams will receive a cash prize (prize value depends on the number of team that enter)

ENTRY FEE:
- Entry fee is 8000yen per team. Payment can be given to Chad on the day or paid in advance.
- *Early Bird Fee* - if you team registers and pays before Friday Nov. 13, the entry fee will be 6000yen for the team. Contact Chad through facebook or at chad.goble@gmail.com for more info on payment methods.

AFTER PARTY
- The after party will be an all-you-can-drink event near the scavenger hunt area.
- The party is not yet determined but will cost between 3000 and 4000yen per person. Guests are welcome.
