Strangely enough one of the first things that i noticed in Japan were the 'Manholes'.

My first thought was that if I had an unlimited luggage weight limit they would make an awesome souvenir. The manholes in each part of Japan are different, each with their very own special intricate design. Where normally manholes are overlooked, Japan has made them part of the Japanese city scape.


In my Saturday kinda class the manholes are known as magma that needs to be jumped over to prevent server burns to the lower part of the body.
